StoreHub Android
Cash flow and budgeting are really important to any small retail or F&B business.
And with this in mind, we introduced StoreHub Android in early January as a cheaper but equally good alternative to our existing cloud-based iPad POS system.

Beep
In July, we launched Beep, which consists of two QR code-powered features integrated in the StoreHub POS system. With Beep, business owners didn't need to use separate systems
Beep Order is a table ordering system that helps F&B businesses:
automate order taking and bill payment
increase service speed and table turnover
improve customer experience
Beep Cashback is a loyalty program that lets SME businesses:
increase repeat sales
easily collect customer data
automate business operations

Since then, we later introduced StoreHub Alpha in September. It's the same Android-powered StoreHub POS software, but in better hardware.

StoreHub Manager App
Our StoreHub Manager app was launched in November so business owners on-the-go can easily view important snippets of their StoreHub BackOffice. It's the perfect complement to the StoreHub POS system as it allows you to keep track of your business wherever you are.
With the StoreHub Manager app, StoreHub users can:
view sales summary
view reports on Top Categories, Top 5 Best Sellers, and New vs. Returning Customers
segregate sales data
receive notifications when shifts chose and employees clock-in and clock-out
In the future, this app will also notify you when there is an online sale, when an employee performs a refund.

Payout - merchants who use Beep Order and StoreHub Ecommerce can see the details of their weekly payout
Ecommerce
We've made several improvements to the StoreHub Ecommerce feature throughout 2019 so selling online is easier and better for busy business owners like you.
We improved the shopping and checkout process, now support international purchases,
2019 is also the year where we've officially rolled out the StoreHub Ecommerce feature to Thailand and the Philippines.
It was first launched in 2018 in Malaysia.
Some notable updates for our ecommerce feature include:
Improved User interface for improved user shopping experience
Discounted Price for products that are specifically sold online
Facebook Messenger Widget for easier chatting

We ran a StoreHub x Facebook DPA Masterclass in April to help business owners learn how to run effective ads on Facebook.
We also attended the ASEAN Expo 2019 in Bangkok Thailand and the Franchise Expo in Manila, Philippines, where we were met many interesting and intrepid small retail and F&B business owners.
StoreHub also partnered up with several entities such as the Luasempit Partnership with F&B Connects as well as cross-brand integrations with Valiram Group in Malaysia, Prince Retail Group in the Philippines, as well as Netsuite and Softype.
In August, we hosted a Beep Open Day at a StoreHub user's cafe, IDC KL, to introduce Beep Order and Beep Cashback to small business owners in Kuala Lumpur.
