Avengers: Endgame hits cinemas this year! Finally!
Will the remaining team manage to reverse Thanos' act of erasing half the living things in the universe? Or will they die trying? Either way, we'll be watching on the edge of our seats with fistfuls of popcorn to help us get through the movie.
In the meantime, let's check out some of the leadership lessons the Avengers have taught us over the years:

A good leader doesn't micromanage their team
[/et_pb_text]

When push comes to shove, Natasha instructs Hulk to go be a hero. She doesn’t tell him how to do it, she just tells him his objective. Good leaders do not micromanage people. Doing so can lead to:
inefficiency at work for both the leader and the team member(s)
unmotivated staff who're unable to make their own decisions
lack of trust between team members
[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version="3.17.6" text_font="Roboto||||||||" header_font="Signika||||||||" header_2_font="Signika||||||||" header_3_font="Signika||||||||" header_4_font="Signika||||||||" header_5_font="Signika||||||||" header_6_font="Signika||||||||" background_size="initial" background_position="top_left" background_repeat="repeat" max_width_last_edited="off|desktop"]
A responsible leader holds themself accountable
[/et_pb_text]

A good leader is willing to answer for the outcome of their behaviour, actions, choices in all situations. An accountable leader doesn’t sweep a problem under a rug or blame others, instead, they take responsibility over the issue. This promotes trust and confidence in a team.

A resilient leader sees failure as temporary
[/et_pb_text]

This is the epitome of the saying "fall down seven times, stand up eight”. What defines you as a good or bad leader is how you react to failure. Resilience is looking at failure as something temporary, and maintaining a positive attitude along with a strong sense of opportunity through it all.[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version="3.17.6" text_font="Roboto||||||||" header_font="Signika||||||||" header_2_font="Signika||||||||" header_3_font="Signika||||||||" header_4_font="Signika||||||||" header_5_font="Signika||||||||" header_6_font="Signika||||||||" background_size="initial" background_position="top_left" background_repeat="repeat" max_width_last_edited="off|desktop"]
An innovative leader knows there's always room for improvement
[/et_pb_text]

[et_pb_text _builder_version="3.17.6"]
You should never be happy where you are for long. There’s always room for improvement whether it’s you, your team, your product, your service, and so on. Ask yourself how you can empower and inspire you and your team to keep learning, growing, and being better at whatever you do.

A visionary leader keeps moving forward
[/et_pb_text]

[et_pb_text _builder_version="3.17.6" link_option_url_new_window="on"]Good leaders don’t let negative situations slow them down. They keep on moving forward and work towards their goals. This attitude will help your team members stay calm and focused even during the toughest of times.
