Everything you need to know about StoreHub Pay.

  • Chip and PIN cards are credit or debit cards that hold the cardholder’s PIN data in a microchip. To complete a transaction using a Chip & PIN card terminal, customers are required to enter their four-to-six digit Personal Indentification Number (PIN). This is a more secure cardholder verification method for purchase transactions compared to the traditional signature verification method.

  • Starting from 1st January 2017, Bank Negara mandates all merchants to use Chip & PIN payment solutions. Merchants who don’t make the switch can be held liable for any fraudulent transactions that are made on non-compliant card readers. Upgrading to Chip & PIN payment technology will ensure you the most secure payment transactions.

  • That depends on your business type (sole proprietor, sdn bhd, partnership, etc.). Simply get in touch with us and we’ll send you the full list of the forms and documents you need to prepare!

  • Settlement of transactions happens at 1am every day. The amount will be deposited into your bank account within the next 1-2 business days after settlement.

  • You will be given access to an online portal where you can access all your transaction data for every device and store any time you need. You will also be emailed the statement after each day’s settlement, and a summary at the end of each month.
