Accounting and food delivery integration: StoreHub vs UTAK

StoreHub’s integration with Foodpanda

StoreHub is integrated with Foodpanda, making it easy for restaurants and cafes in the Philippines to track and record orders made through the food delivery platform.

Food orders will go straight to StoreHub’s POS system – preventing you from having to input each order manually.

UTAK is currently not integrated with any food delivery app.

StoreHub’s integration with QuickBooks and Xero

StoreHub is integrated with both Quickbooks and Xero. If you’re a small business in the Philippines using either of these accounting systems, you can directly integrate them with the StoreHub BackOffice.

In short, you don’t have to print reports manually to give to your accountant; you can track your stock directly from your accounting system. It’s as simple as that!

UTAK is currently not integrated with any accounting software.

Summary: which is better in the Philippines – StoreHub or UTAK?

Whether UTAK or StoreHub is better for you may come down to the scale of your business and your goals.

UTAK has cheaper basic software but more expensive basic hardware. On top of that, UTAK’s hardware add-ons and BIR accreditation fee are more expensive and the software doesn’t provide as many features.

While UTAK’s upfront cost seems more affordable initially, StoreHub quickly provides more value. Beyond just a POS system, it offers an ecosystem of features and products trusted by more than 15,000 F&B and retail businesses across Southeast Asia.

If you’re looking to run or launch a sustainable business in the Philippines with a POS system that has multiple features that will help you run your store efficiently, grow your business online, and attract/retain customers, then StoreHub may be the best option.
