StoreHub Launches The StoreHub Business Program To Help F&B Business Owners Optimise Operations And Grow Sales
KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA – StoreHub, a top operating system for omnichannel businesses in Southeast Asia, has launched the StoreHub Business Program (SBP).
It is an initiative to equip small business owners with the skills and tools they need to grow a sustainable and successful business. The program is part of StoreHub’s ongoing commitment to empower entrepreneurs with great and affordable technology, along with a one-stop business management platform.
Juliana Wuan, Partnerships Lead and SBP project lead says, “We’re genuinely invested in our merchants being successful in the long run. Sometimes, even the highest hurdle can be overcome when it’s broken down into small steps and tackled together – that’s what the SBP aims to do.”
The 6-week StoreHub Business Program includes, but is not limited to, lessons on multichannel marketing, customer retention strategies, and store optimisation – all taught by a group of industry experts and in-house subject matter experts.
To further incentivise business owners to start levelling up, the StoreHub Business Program is giving away prizes worth a total of more than RM10,000, to further supplement the businesses’ growth and success. Prizes include Beep vouchers, SMS credits, digital marketing campaigns, and more.
“In order to be successful in the new normal, restaurant businesses need to adapt. Businesses that thrive are building a database of loyal customers, diversifying their sales channels (ecommerce, food delivery & in-store) and digitizing their store operations. And we at StoreHub are here to help these business owners navigate the challenge of running an omnichannel business. The StoreHub Business Program is one of our ongoing initiatives to keep adding value for our merchants as we’re committed to their success. We are pleased to be in partnership with Visa as a leading digital payments provider to continue supporting local F&B businesses.” – Fong Wai Hong, StoreHub Chieftain and Co-Founder.
StoreHub is partnering with Visa to provide subsidised ecommerce starter packages for small businesses that want to set up their own online store and begin accepting online payments easily and securely.
“In Malaysia, our focus is to help these small businesses embark on this digitalisation journey to start and grow their online presence. We are excited to offer SMEs with an eCommerce toolkit, together with Visa commercial offers to help them start, manage and grow their online storefronts,” says Ng Kong Boon, Visa’s Country Manager for Visa Malaysia.
